Important notes:
Before signing with us, please ensure the complete construction is there and no other working tradesperson on the site is on. The site should be empty and unfurnished. What is not included in the Builders Clean is the concrete spatter removal and Chandelier cleaning. If you need to do that, we can mention a separate quote for it. If the windows are accessible, they will be cleaned. Otherwise, they will not be due to safety and health reasons.
