Vinyl Floor Cleaning and Scrubbing

Vinyl Floor Cleaning and Polishing Prices:

Although we will give you a quote after the inspection of your property, some of the prices are standardized and mentioned below. Please note that the prices mentioned are GST tax-exclusive.

• Cleaning of Vinyl Floor: $5 per square metre.

(However, the minimum area that we will have for booking is 40 square metres, i.e., $200)

• Stairs Vinyl cleaning: $5 per Step width up to 1.5M.
• Vinyl Floor Stripping and Polishing: $10 per square metre.

(And the minimum charge we take is 40 sqm, i.e. $400).

• Stairs Stripping and Polishing: $10 per step width up to 1.5M.

The price is based on a continuous area. If you have separate areas to be covered, the separate areas will be charged extra.

• If separate rooms or toilets are to be done, an extra $50 per room will be applied.

Note:

• Areas that are to be covered, cleaned, and are of more than 200 square metres will be looked at by our tech. Then you will be provided with a competitive quote with a massive discount.
• Please note that the area and floors that need to be cleaned must be vacant. In another case, moving the furniture will be the responsibility of the customer.

*Floors requiring extra effort will be charged additional after on-site inspection
